WAAPI Service Terms
Effective: 15 October 2026. WAAPI is operated by Helium Enterprises Private Limited. These terms describe use of the platform; your written service agreement or accepted plan sets the commercial scope, fees and support arrangements and prevails where inconsistent.
Authorised business use
Connect only WhatsApp Business accounts you are authorised to manage. Keep owner, team and API credentials secure. You remain responsible for message content, accurate transaction information, recipient permissions and compliance with applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms.
Messaging restrictions
Do not use the service for unsolicited messages, fraud, impersonation, prohibited content or attempts to evade platform restrictions. Use approved templates where required and honour opt-outs. Authentication codes must be generated and validated by your application.
Availability and third parties
Sending depends on Meta permissions, account and number status, template approval, network availability and provider limits. WAAPI does not guarantee message delivery, Meta approval or uninterrupted access. We may pause access to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with provider requirements.
Fees, cancellation and records
Platform fees and any Meta messaging charges depend on the agreed plan and provider terms. Contact support for pricing, cancellation, refunds and account closure under your agreement. No price or free trial is promised by this public website. Data handling and deletion are described in our privacy notice and deletion instructions.
Contact and disputes
Contact info@ehelium.in for service questions or complaints. Applicable law, liability and dispute arrangements are set out in the service agreement. This page does not change an existing signed agreement.
